International orders are accepted and will be sent to your chosen address via UPS or DHL with free shipping for all orders. The additional costs and information may be requested from you if legal or customs requirements are necessary. 

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Due to regulations of Turkey, orders of the gold bars, the gold coins and correspond to the fine gold products cannot be cancelled and refunded. Other than the fine gold products, such as 14 K gold jewelries will be refunded via the chosen payment method.
